Rib'n' Roll

Friday, May 28th 5PM - 12AM | Saturday, May 29th 12PM to 12AM

Rotary Rib 'n' Roll, Brampton's popular ribfest, runs two days on Friday and Saturday May 28th and 29th in Gage Park. Enjoy food, and music in a beautiful setting. Live bands, local restaurants specializing in savoury ribs. Music both days. Magic shows, jumping castles, prizes, beer and cooler tent all await. There’s truly something for everyone.

Saturday morning there is an opportunity for you to help serve your community in a tangible way. Come and rollerblade around the track at Gage Park and help raise money for Tour For Kids!

The event will be staged in Gage Park on Friday evening from 5 to 11 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 noon to 11 p.m. This year’s fabulous Ribbers include Crabby Joe’s, Louisana’s, Jake’s Boathouse and more! Evening entertainment include The Carpet Frogs, Fleetwood Nicks, The Dave Murphy Band, and New Hollywood!

"We believe we can attract two different crowds, couples and singles on Friday and families on Saturday. We want to keep Saturday as Family Day and we have geared our entertainment and park activities to families on Saturday," says organizer Rob van Kessel.

Fat Cat Dinner & Silent Auction Fundraiser

Please join us in supporting children and their families whose lives have been impacted by cancer.

You are invited to an evening of excellent food and music at Fat Cat Wine Bar in the heart of historic Roncesvalles Village.

*Music and hors d'oeuvres @ 7pm; Dinner to follow All proceeds to help fight against childhood cancer. On September 9, Hélène Fournier and 44 other national riders will begin an epic adventure as they cycle from Vancouver to Halifax in a 15 day relay, requiring each to cycle up to 200kms daily. Each rider must raise a minimum of $25,000 and 100% of all proceeds go directly toward programs headed by pediatric oncology centres across Canada.

Tickets: $65 per person or $120 for two

As we approach our last 4 month countdown before we dip our tires into the ocean off the coast of Vancouver, we invite you to support our ride across Canada for kids living with cancer by joining us for a great evening of food, music, friends and family.

It's also an opportunity to celebrate Cath's birthday on a beautiful night in June!

Join us on Thursday June 24th 6:30-9:00pm at Bon Vivant. The evening includes a buffet style assortment of foods, live music and a silent auction. We invite you to recruit people in your community who are interested in supporting kids living with cancer.

Tickets are $75/each with $30 going to the restaurant and $45 going towards our fundraising goal of $25K each.
